From December 5th to 6th, the 2025 Annual Exchange Meeting of the Resilient Cities Professional Committee of China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization was held in Beijing. In the exchange session themed ”Precise Response – Risk Prevention and Control Technology”, General Manager Shi Hui delivered a keynote speech entitled Measures to Improve Flood Control Capacity of Underground Facilities in Resilient Cities. Focusing on the pain points of flood control in urban underground spaces, the speech proposed green, efficient and convenient flood control measures to enhance the ability of underground spaces to resist the risk of flood backflow, providing ideas and directions for solving the flood control problems of underground spaces, and the content attracted the attention of the participants.
