Recently, two major conferences of the China Urban Rail Transit Association – the 4th Plenary Session of the 3rd Engineering Construction Professional Committee and the 2025 Annual Conference of the Engineering Construction Professional Committee cum Urban Rail Transit Sustainable Development Forum – were successively held in Hangzhou. As a member unit, Nanjing Junli Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to both events, with Fan Liangkai, Chairman of the company, and Shi Hui, General Manager, in attendance. During the conferences, Fan Liangkai fulfilled his duties by putting forward suggestions at the plenary session and delivered a thematic speech at the “Sustainable Development” sub-forum.
Junli Attends the 4th Plenary Session of the 3rd Engineering Construction Professional Committee
On November 20th, the 4th Plenary Session of the 3rd Engineering Construction Professional Committee of the China Urban Rail Transit Association convened in Hangzhou. Distinguished guests present included leaders and representatives from member units such as Chen Xiangsheng, Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Dean of the College of Civil and Transportation Engineering and Director of the Future Underground City Research Institute at Shenzhen University, as well as Zhao Zesheng, former First-Class Inspector of the Urban Construction Department under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Fan Liangkai and Shi Hui from Junli Technology attended the meeting, listened to core contents including the *2025 Summary Report and 2026 Work Plan*, and offered constructive suggestions for the development of the Professional Committee, earnestly fulfilling the responsibilities of a member unit.

Junli Joins the 2025 Annual Conference and Sustainable Development Forum and Delivers a Thematic Speech
From November 21st to 22nd, the 2025 Annual Conference of the Engineering Construction Professional Committee cum Urban Rail Transit Sustainable Development Forum was held in Hangzhou. Nanjing Junli Technology Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise and a benchmark enterprise in China’s underground space flood prevention sector, was invited to participate. With the theme of “Intelligent Green · Leadership · Sustainable Development”, the conference aimed at advancing urban rail transit development in the new era and focused on the integration of intelligent and green technologies. It was co-hosted by the Engineering Construction Professional Committee of the China Urban Rail Transit Association and Hangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd.
The event gathered authoritative industry experts and enterprise representatives, including Chen Yunmin, Chairman of the Academic Committee of Zhejiang University, Dean of the Zhejiang University Hypergravity Science and Technology Research Institute, and Director of the Institute of Geotechnical Engineering, as well as Zhao Zesheng, former First-Class Inspector of the Urban Construction Department under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. A launch ceremony for the *2025 China Urban Rail Transit Engineering Construction Development Report* was held on-site, providing crucial reference for the industry’s development.

At the “Sustainable Development” sub-forum, Fan Liangkai from Junli Technology delivered a thematic speech titled *Flood Prevention for the Sustainable Development of Urban Rail Transit*. He conducted an in-depth analysis of the practical challenges currently facing subway flood prevention work in China and shared new ideas and practical directions for sustainable subway flood prevention. His speech attracted extensive attention and resonated strongly among the participants.
